Wong arrived on time after a phone call to let me know he was on the way. I had driveway blocked and Wong was super cool about it.

Service was quick and seemed thorough. Wong took the time to give me some tips on keeping the electric bills down and ensuring a long life for the system. All in all a good experience, and I would use again. Total was $141 for the hour. One side note-The filters are not included in the service charge.

I opted not to purchase from Wong as they are much cheaper on Amazon and super easy to replace. On one of the hottest days of summer, my AC went out. I called two random places and they were booked for three weeks. I came across Ocean Air and with fingers crossed called them. It was 4:30pm on a Friday.

I left them a vmail and within 10 mins someone called me back. I told them I had a newborn child and my AC just went out. He said they too were booked out, but would send one of his guys over within the hour. Alex arrived and had everything running within one hour. Keep in mind by this time it was close to 8pm on a Friday night. Ocean Air has won my business and I highly recommend them as your first stop. Great service, friendly and honest.

Thank you Ocean Air! First bad review i write. The employee who came to inspect the AC unit was nice and took his time to do the diagnostics on my AC. Potato harvester operators manual. The reason i am writing this bad review is because i was not told about the additional $70 for adding refrigerant and i was not told about the additional $25 they added to the $89.99 inspection/diagnostic quote that i was given on the phone. I ended up paying a total of $190.42. At no point during the inspection was i asked if the employee can add refrigerant, he added it on his own and charged me at the end.

Nor was i informed that they will charge me $115 to come out, they told me $89.99 on the phone. Anyway, be careful of all the additions they put on and make sure you tell the employee not to do anything without your knowledge. You might end up paying a lot of money if you dont.

They are simply amazing! The entire process from helping us decide which products we needed, through installation and post install support was simply phenomenal. We were replacing 2 AC units and 2 furnaces.

We had heard good things about Lennox, and so were eager to get their products and to add air filtering to the systems. Despite initially wanting to get the most expensive model, John convinced us to get a cheaper model given our current setup. He also resized the units so we could go with a smaller 2 ton instead of 3 ton unit for our upstairs. Very impressed that someone would recommend the right product instead of the most expensive one. Installation was a breeze, with no issues.

Their techs were friendly, and even indulged my requirement for a low noise system. They even ended up replacing all the duct work upstairs, tuning the fan speed and replacing the vents to reduce the noise. They came back a few times to tune it after it was installed. About a few months after install we noticed that cold air was not working upstairs. They sent out a tech who tried a few things, but was unable to fix it. They ended up coming back a few more times as they worked through debugging the issue - which ended up being a faulty sensor with frost on it.

They never hesitated to send someone out, and were prompt arriving the next day to fix it. They helped us get the Lennox rebate, and took care of us from start to finish. I highly recommend Ocean Air - fantastic company. While I hope to never need to buy another HVAC, if we do in some distance future they will be the first folks we call.

We are beyond thrilled with our new Lennox HVAC system and the level of service we received from John and Steve and the rest of the Ocean Air team. They replaced a 30 year old Lennox after our old motor caught on fire and they were so patient with the handling of our special requests to make our new unit as quiet as possible. The Lennox variable speed HVAC system they installed is a dream.

It's extremely quiet and offers superior air flow. We had some previous vent work done by another company (Comfort Advisors) just prior to having Ocean Air come out and they installed the wrong size vents and did not center the vents on the wall as we requested. When we called to have the vents moved we encountered the rudest customer service imaginable from the owner of Comfort Advisor's wife and were out $650 for shoddy work that had to be redone by Ocean Air. We are so glad we called Ocean Air to install our new HVAC and repair the damage done by that unethical company. John Kopp is a terrific guy and extremely honest and trustworthy.

He really cares about his customers and will not even accept payment for his work until you are completely satisfied. We couldn't be happier with John and the entire Ocean Air team! When it became apparent that it was time to replace our HVAC unit, Ocean Air was highly recommended to us for their expertise, fair pricing and quality work. After meeting with John, one of the owners, we decided that we did not need to get any other quotes and hired Ocean Air to replace our unit. Everyone on their crew was polite, knowledgeable and hard working. They laid down clean clothe on the pathways, to eliminate tracking anything in.

As an added plus, all the crew expressed how great Ocean Air is to work for, how well they treat their employees and stand behind their work. We strongly recommend anyone who needs to repair or replace their HVAC, contact Ocean Air, you won't be sorry!

My air conditioner stooped working during the heat wave of 2014. I originally called South County Air Conditioning and Jim, the owner of the company came and looked at it, he said it needed a new capacitor. He went and got it, and after installing it it would not work.

He said i needed a new ac unit and tried to sell it to me. I declined, and at the end he charged me a service about 200 bucks.

Then I called another guy from Plumerites AC licensed and everything and he also said I needed a new unit and charged me $200 also for service. My unit was only 7 years old, and it just didn't make sense to me. I decided to make one more call but this time i went to the Lennox website to see authorized dealers. I called Ocean Air to get an estimate on a new unit, but John said it wired wrong and there were using the wrong capacitor!!!

He fixed it in 30 min. This is after i told him that i wanted a quote for a new unit. Very honest, and professional. We came home in September from vacation to discover that the condenser motor in our HVAC unit had burnt out.

With an impending heat wave, we needed our aged system replaced fast. Ocean Air came out right away. Chris quickly evaluated our system, determined our best course of action, and set the wheels in motion to get our new system installed. He also recommended a thermostat improvement that would allow us to control the HVAC from our bedroom.

Steve and Virgil were out promptly the next morning to install an entire new system. They were very professional, neat and thorough. My job was a tricky install that required enlarging the attic access hatch, and working all day in a hot, dusty, and cramped environment. Steve even took the time to crawl to a remote area in the attic and repair a collapsed vent, so I would experience better air flow. They had my new system working by the end of the day, and they even patched everything up to it's original appearance. My new AC Pro system works much better then my old system. I look forward to reaping the energy savings.

I would not hesitate to call Ocean Air out again for any HVAC needs. They are by far the best service company I have ever used. John solved a heating problem in my home (which I thought was complicated and expensive to replace) with a simple, less expensive option.

And it works perfectly! Since my house is 1950's vintage the furnace was located in the center of the house directly adjacent to the bedroom. The location creates a noise nuisance.

John suggested a smaller unit (since much of the noise was caused by the flow of air) and sound insulated the unit's cabinet. Problem solved! Great customer service, technical skills and product!
